Often times as we proceed through life different experiences & interactions result in a repression of certain forms of our expression as well as a dimming or diminishing of our own personal light.

It is through our expression that we enter our creative force or Shakti energy.

When we feel stuck, stagnant & foggy it is our creative force of expression we are being guided back too. When we reclaim this connection we express our creative kundalini flow in ways that assist in our souls evolution & growth.

Within the sacred container of Reclamation of Self-Expression workshop we will self-initiate into deep intimate healing & embodiment of our self-expression.

*Herbal tonics for soothing & empowering the Throat Chakra & Womb space
